Our client is a leading infrastructure service provider in Australia and New Zealand. An immediate opportunity for a switched-on Administrator ideally with RTO experience is available in Brisbane. This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis and could possibly extend beyond 3 months. Flat rate of $32 p/hr is on offer with a standard 38 hour working week.
 
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role managing accredited training administration in a Registered Training Organisation environment and can hit the ground running.

Requirements:

  • Solid administration skills
  • Familiarity with VET sector standards and systems
  • Strong knowledge of systems and software – ASQA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Available for an immediate start

Responsibilities:

  • Actioning all training enquiries and bookings, processing enrolments and student data.
  • Coordinate comms, documentation, attendance, and facility services for training activities.
  • Update and maintain training calendar and schedule.
  • Process vendor setup and purchase orders as required
  • Provide support to students throughout enrolment period by ensuring access to learner portal, training materials, and instructions.
  • Assist with allocation of costs for training activities to business units.
