On behalf of our prestigious client, we’re seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Administrators to support major public and private assets across the nation. What Our Client Offers:

• Initial 3-month contract starting 17 March 2025, with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion
• Hybrid setup available once established 
• Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
• Core hours: 9 AM – 3 PM 
• Premium office location: Browning Street, QLD, Australia
• Competitive pay rate: Circa $45 per hour!

The Opportunity:

With an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects, our client is ramping up its commercial team to facilitate the onboarding and migration of a vast subcontractor workforce. This role offers an exciting chance to be at the forefront of large-scale contract mobilization efforts, making a tangible impact on Australia’s infrastructure landscape.

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in:

• Managing and executing commercial contracts with precision
• Leading the onboarding of high volumes of subcontractors, ensuring seamless transitions
• Upholding compliance and due diligence to the highest industry standards
• Populating standard subcontract templates with core information
• Reviewing proposed contract term departures and facilitating resolutions

Requirements to Join the Team:

• Strong commercial negotiation skills and/or a legal background
• Proven experience in subcontractor onboarding
• A deep understanding and familiarity with subcontracts
• At least 1 year of relevant contract administration experience
• The ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• A current Police Check (required)
