Are you the go-to person for fixing everything? Can you unclog a sink, change a light globe, and assemble furniture all before breakfast? We’re looking for a versatile handyman to join our bustling community!
The Job:
- 14/7 casual basis (2 weeks on, 1 week off)
- Free accommodation and meals provided
- Diverse range of tasks to keep you on your toes
- Able to commence immediately
- Australian Citizen is a must
Your Daily Adventures:
- Patrol community spaces, vanquishing rubbish and conquering mechanical failures
- Answer the call of distressed tenants, swooping in to replace air filters, install locks, and tame unruly smoke detectors
- Wrestle with carpentry odd jobs as required
- Maintain pristine parking spaces and walkways
- Nurture all aspects of handyman trade tasks
- Test and troubleshoot in-unit appliances
- Dispense sage advice to tenants on home maintenance
- Collaborate with site managers on special missions
