Project Supervisor

Our client is a leader in the engineering and infrastructure industry, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Supervisor to join their dynamic team at RAAF Pearce, North of Perth.
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience with estimating, budgeting and coordinating a mix of works with sub-contractors in the civil/building industry. They will also need to acquire a Defense Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen due to the location of the role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
• Resolve any on-site issues and proactively address potential delays.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in either civil or construction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant qualification in project management, construction, or engineering is preferred.
• A National Police Clearance and a Valid Drivers licence
