Refrigeration Technician – QLD

The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced FIFO Refrigeration Technicians for camp maintenance, leave coverage, and ongoing rostered work across WA sites. This is a casual role with strong potential for ongoing placements.

Please note: Applicants previously engaged directly by Compass will be subject to a three-month waiting period before employment through OSOS Alliance.

What’s on Offer:

• Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr flat + Super (paid on all hours)
• Location: Various FIFO sites across WA
• Roster Options: 2:1, even time, and leave coverage
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities

Essential Requirements:

• Electrical Licence
• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Current LVR/CPR
• National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months or willing to obtain)
• Previous FIFO electrical/refrigeration experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
