The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a high-volume telecommunications environment, working across NBN field operations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating technician work orders, ensuring efficient dispatch and maintaining accurate system updates.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where attention to detail, adaptability and problem-solving are key. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review and manage high volumes of work orders within internal systems
• Allocate and dispatch work to field technicians based on skillset, location and availability
• Monitor job progress and provide daily updates on work order status
• Identify risks, delays and opportunities, escalating where required
• Liaise directly with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery
• Support prioritisation of work and contribute to efficient scheduling outcomes
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure data integrity across all activities

About You

• Experience working in a dispatch, scheduling, or coordination environment (essential)
• Exposure to high-volume telecommunications or NBN-related work (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
• Intermediate IT skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Work Environment

• Based in South Brisbane
• Hybrid working model – typically 2 days working from home
• Office is easily accessible via public transport
