E&I Supervisor – Shutdown
Kwinana, WA | 6 Week Shutdown | $100/hr | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor for a 6-week shutdown project based in Kwinana, WA, working with a well-regarded client in the industrial sector.
This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with immediate start, consistent hours, and a strong hourly rate.
What’s on Offer:
- Duration: 6-week shutdown
- Location: Kwinana, WA
- Rate: $100/hr (Day & Night Shifts)
- Roster: 5:2 (5 days on, 2 days off)
- 12-hour shifts
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate E&I teams on site
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Oversee shutdown activities and manage daily progress
- Liaise with site management and other trades
- Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E&I Supervisor within shutdown environments
- Relevant Electrical & Instrumentation qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Must be clean shaven to comply with site PPE requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
