Construction Supervisor – Solar Farm Project
Location – Perth CBD Area, WA
Contract – Minimum 10-Month Contract | Potential for Ongoing Work
The Opportunity
An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join a major Solar Farm Project based in the Perth CBD area. Working on the Principal Contractor side, this role will oversee day-to-day construction activities across a large-scale renewable energy project.
This is a Monday to Friday position offering a long-term contract with the potential for further project opportunities upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities across civil and mechanical scopes
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel effectively
- Monitor project progress and report on construction milestones
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements
- Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily coordination meetings
- Support commissioning and handover activities as required
About You
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on major infrastructure, energy, or renewable projects
- Strong Civil and Mechanical construction experience essential
- Electrical experience highly desirable but not essential
- Previous solar farm or renewable energy project experience advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-paced site activities
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
