About the Role
As a CCTV Operator, you will play a key role in the inspection and assessment of underground pipeline assets using advanced CCTV equipment and technology. Working alongside experienced crews, you will be responsible for delivering accurate inspections, identifying defects and assisting with the planning of maintenance and rehabilitation works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CCTV inspections of sewer, stormwater and drainage networks
  • Operate and maintain CCTV inspection equipment
  • Accurately identify, record and report pipeline defects
  • Prepare inspection reports and documentation
  • Work closely with field crews and project teams
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and industry standards
  • Assist with pipeline cleaning and related maintenance activities when required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience as a CCTV Operator within the utilities, civil, plumbing or pipeline industry
  • Experience using CCTV inspection equipment and reporting software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the business

Desirable Qualifications

  • MR or HR Licence
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets
  • High Pressure Water Jetting experience
  • Operator UHP qualification (MSMSS00018)
