Roster FIFO (2:1 roster)
Rate $61 – 65 p/hour
About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced All Round Operators to join their team on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, working across remote mine site operations. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive rates, superannuation paid on all hours worked, and quality camp facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of mobile mining equipment across daily production activities, including loaders, graders, dozers, and dump trucks
- Complete pre-starts, daily inspections, and basic servicing of equipment
- Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve production targets
- Adhere to site safety procedures and operational standards at all times
- Support general site operations as required in a FIFO mining environment
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of heavy mobile plant in an open-pit mining environment
- Valid Australian licences relevant to equipment operation (e.g. HR, MR)
- Current White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness and flexibility to work a FIFO roster
