All Round Operator – Production Mining
FIFO from Perth Airport

2:1 Roster (7 days / 7 Nights / 7R&R)
$61 – $65 per hour (Flat rate) + Super paid on all hours

About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Production All Round Operators to join their open pit mining operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

This is a potential long-term opportunity within an active load and haul production environment. The role is strictly production focused. Candidates with predominantly civil backgrounds will not be considered.

We are looking for operators confident working across multiple pieces of heavy mobile plant in a high-output mining setting.

Required Equipment Experience:
Candidates must be competent on a minimum of three of the following:

• Dozers (e.g. D8, D9, D10)
• Graders (e.g. 14M, 16M)
• Loaders (e.g. 980, 988, WA500+)

Highly regarded:

• Dump Trucks (production haul trucks)
• Production Excavators

Ideally, candidates will have experience across all machines; however, those strong on at least three core machines with some exposure to others will still be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy mobile plant within an open pit production environment
• Maintain haul roads, ramps, pit floors and waste dumps
• Production loading of haul trucks where applicable
• Work to daily production targets and mining plans
• Conduct pre-starts, inspections and minor servicing
• Adhere to strict site safety and operational procedures

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating heavy mobile plant in open pit production mining
• Proven ability to work across multiple machines
• Experience in load and haul operations
• Valid Australian driver’s licence (HR/MR preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to commit to a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
