The Role:
This position will focus on driving growth, developing long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across key markets. This role is ideally suited to someone with belt splicing experience or a closely related background, who understands the industry and is looking to transition into a more commercial, client-facing position. You will play a key part in shaping the company’s future direction while contributing to projects that have real cultural and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Prepare proposals, tenders and commercial submissions
• Represent the business at meetings and industry events
• Contribute to strategic growth and expansion plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: Belt splicing experience or a similar industry background/knowledge
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to generating opportunities
• Self-driven, motivated and results-focused
• Ability to build credibility with clients through technical understanding
• Experience within industrial, mining or resources sectors (highly regarded)
