YOUR MISSION:
As Chef at RAAF Pearce, you’ll lead a kitchen that directly supports the men and women who defend our skies and shores. This isn’t just another culinary position – it’s a vital role where your expertise fuels those who protect our nation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Command kitchen operations with military precision
• Deliver exceptional meals that keep our defence personnel fighting fit
• Uphold the highest food safety standards – in defence, every detail matters
• Lead and mentor a dedicated culinary team
• Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary and religious requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN (Defence force requirement)
• Australian-recognized Commercial Cooking qualification
• HACCP Level 3 certification
• 2+ years’ experience in large commercial kitchens
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments
