We are currently seeking experienced Mining Operators across multiple disciplines to join our client’s established operations throughout the Pilbara.
These are excellent opportunities for candidates looking for long-term FIFO work within active open pit production environments.
With multiple roles available, we are encouraging applications from Dump Truck Operators, All Rounder Operators and Excavator Operators.

The Roles:
Dump Truck Operators – Operate large haul trucks within a load and haul production environment, contributing to daily mining targets.
Equipment includes:
- Komatsu HD785 / HD1500
- CAT 785
- Other comparable production haul trucks
Please note: This is a production mining role – civil experience alone will not be considered.
All Rounder Operators – Operate a variety of mobile mining equipment across daily production activities.
Required Equipment Experience (or similar):
- Liebherr R9200 / R9150 Excavators
- CAT 785D / 785C Dump Trucks
- CAT D9 / D10T Dozers
- CAT 16M Graders
You will play a key role in supporting site production targets and maintaining operational efficiency.
Excavator Operators – Operate large production excavators in a mining environment, supporting load and haul activities while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed productivity targets
- Excavate according to design boundaries for ore bodies, berms and pit walls
- Complete pre-start checks and maintain equipment to site standards
- Operate safely and in compliance with all site HSEQ requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production mining open pit environment
- Experience operating CAT 6060, Liebherr 9400/9200, or Komatsu PC1250 excavators
- Proven experience in production mining (open pit essential)
- Valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Operate heavy mobile equipment in a production mining environment
- Conduct pre-starts, inspections and basic servicing
- Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve production targets
- Maintain strict adherence to site safety procedures
- Contribute to a positive team culture on site
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in open pit production mining (Dump Truck & All Rounder roles)
- Proven experience on relevant machinery (depending on role)
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- HR Licence (essential) (Dump Truck & All Rounder)
- Relevant operating tickets/qualifications
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to work a FIFO roster
