An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to join a well-established maintenance team supporting a major oil & gas operation in Western Australia.
This is an ongoing FIFO position offering a 3:1 roster, excellent hourly rates, and the opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation on long-term maintenance activities.
The Opportunity
- Ongoing FIFO position
- 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster
- $98.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance across electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Fault find, diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximise plant reliability
- Calibrate, test and commission instrumentation equipment
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately
- Work safely in accordance with site procedures and permit systems
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and high-quality maintenance standards
Essential Requirements
- Australian recognised Electrical Licence
- Dual Trade qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation
- Demonstrated experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Current EEHA
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current First Aid
- Strong maintenance background
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
