You’ve done the time. You’ve passed the Capstone. You’ve got the license in your hand. Now, you’re looking for that first big break into the FIFO circuit, but every ad seems to ask for “5 years post-trade experience.”

We do things differently. We are looking for newly qualified Electricians and HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians who are ready to be molded into elite Camp Maintenance Techs.

The Opportunity

This is an Expression of Interest for upcoming Perth-based FIFO roles. We specialise in camp maintenance – the heart of site life. It’s fast-paced, varied and the perfect environment to cement your skills across a wide range of gear.

• Perth Only: Must be based in WA for FIFO departures from Perth.

Are you “Site Ready”?
We aren’t looking for decades of experience; we’re looking for the right paperwork and the right attitude. You’ll need:

• The Ticket: Recently completed Capstone (WA Electrical License) or just received your ARCtick Refrigerant Handling License.
• The Basics: A valid White Card and a manual Driver’s Licence.
• The Clearances: Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical (including Drug & Alcohol screen) and a National Police Clearance.
• The Extra Edge: Got your EWP, Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets? Mention them – it’ll put you at the top of the pile.
