OSOS Alliance is on the hunt for highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Food and Beverage attendants to join our elite team at our client’s Simpson Barracks.

About the Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be working 7.6 hours a day and performing a wide range of duties to ensure smooth food and beverage service. From preparing barista-quality coffee to ensuring the bar and dining area is immaculate, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience.
You must be available from 0530hrs – 1930hrs as all shifts fall between these times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing front-of-house operations with professionalism
  • Bar Service (if RSA Certified)
  • Serving tables efficiently and with a smile
  • Maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in Hospitality, food handling and beverage roles
  • Commitment to hygiene, safety, and high service standards
  • Punctual, reliable, and consistent work ethic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and tidy work habits
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Must have Clean Police Clearance – or willing to obtain one
