POSITION OVERVIEW
OSOS Alliance is recruiting experienced CIVIL LABOURERS & EQUIPMENT OPERATORS to join our successful team delivering essential rehabilitation projects at an AUSTRALIAN DEFENSE SITE in Townsville QLD.
 IMPORTANT: THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS ONLY
THE DETAILS:

• EMPLOYER: OSOS Alliance – A leader in civil construction
• LOCATION: Australian Defense Site in Townsville QLD region
• SECURITY: Position requires working on a secure defense facility
• HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm with overtime available
• PAY RATE: $38.00/hr + penalties (based on skills and experience)
• CITIZENSHIP: Must be an Australian citizen (documentation required)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support our dynamic rehabilitation project teams at the defense site in Townsville
• Perform various general labouring duties as required
• Operate specialized equipment including rollers, excavators, and skid steers

WHAT YOU NEED:

• MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN (proof required)
• MUST HAVE a valid Australian driver’s license
• Demonstrated experience in civil construction
• Proven capability in general labouring and/or equipment operation
• Current tickets and licenses (DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION)
• Ability to comply with defense site security protocols

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• HR driver’s license
• Previous construction experience
• Rehabilitation project experience
• Prior experience working on defense or secure sites
