ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to assist with rehabilitation and construction work on a Defence site in Townsville, QLD. You’ll work in a safety-first, team-driven environment alongside industry professionals.

KEY DETAILS:

• Employer: OSOS Alliance – Trusted in civil construction
• Location: Defence Site, Townsville region
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm + Overtime
• Pay: $38/hr + penalties (based on experience)
• Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen (Defence clearance requirement)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• General labouring and civil site support
• Assisting operators and trades on-site
• Site clean-up and manual handling tasks
• Following site safety and security protocols
• Working respectfully in a team-focused environment

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• Proof of Australian Citizenship
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Civil labouring or construction experience
• Reliable and respectful work ethic
• Ability to meet Defence security protocols

HIGHLY REGARDED:

• White Card and relevant site inductions
• HR or MR truck licence
• Experience working on Defence or secure sites
• Experience working on Country or in remote/regional areas
