ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re urgently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to support rehabilitation and construction efforts on a Defence site in Townsville, QLD. You’ll work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment alongside skilled professionals.

KEY DETAILS:

• Location: Defence Site, Townsville region
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm + Saturdays 7am-2pm & overtime
• Pay: $38/hr + penalties 
• Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen (Defence clearance requirement)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• General labouring and civil site support
• Assisting operators and trades on-site
• Manual handling and site clean-up
• Adhering to safety and security protocols
• Working collaboratively and respectfully in a team

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• Proof of Australian Citizenship
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Civil labouring or construction experience
• Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic
• Clean National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one immediately)
• HR Licence Essential
• Clean Police clearance (Minimum requirement would be willingness to attain a clean Police Clearance)

HIGHLY REGARDED:

• Construction White Card and relevant site inductions
• Experience on Defence or secure infrastructure sites
• HR or MR truck licence
• Prior work in remote, regional, or Indigenous communities
