Roof Plumber

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial construction business seeking experienced Roof Plumbers to join their growing Perth-based team. This is a full-time opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial construction projects with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
You’ll be involved in the installation and delivery of high-quality roofing, cladding and architectural metalwork packages across commercial projects.
Key scopes include:
- Aluminium façade cladding
- Variety of metal roofing and rainwater systems
- Installation of cladding systems including FC, composite, aluminium solid and cassette, perforated aluminium and steel
- Fibre cement cladding systems (Equitone, Exotec and similar)
- Feature timber ceilings, wall linings and decking
- Custom timber and metal prefabricated architectural elements
About You
- Trade qualification with 2–3 years’ industry experience
- Proven experience in set-out and installation of the systems listed above
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings
- Capable of delivering high-volume work to a high-quality standard
- Working at Heights and EWP tickets
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Strong safety focus and commitment to looking out for yourself and your team
