The Opportunity:
- 14/7 casual basis (2 weeks on, 1 week off)
- DIDO opportunity

Your Daily Missions:
- Patrol and maintain community spaces, tackling everything from rubbish to mechanical gremlins
- Respond to tenant calls, armed with your trusty toolkit to replace air filters, install locks, and tame unruly smoke detectors
- Flex your carpentry muscles on various odd jobs
- Keep parking spaces and walkways in top shape
- Nurture all aspects of trade assistant tasks
- Test and troubleshoot in-unit appliances
- Share your maintenance wisdom with tenants
- Team up with site managers on special projects

Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Handyperson/Trade Assistant
- Professional carpentry experience
- Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS
- Current Police Check (National Police Certificate)
- Valid Australian driver’s license (MR desirable)
