Trainee Recruitment Consultants

We are looking for driven and motivated people to join our growing recruitment team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

This is not an admin role and not HR.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales role where you will build a career in recruitment.

If you are competitive, hardworking and want to earn serious money, we will train you.

No recruitment experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
You will be trained to:

• Build relationships with employers
• Identify job opportunities
• Source candidates
• Match people to jobs
• Negotiate job offers
• Close placements

This role involves high phone activity and fast-paced work.

Typical day includes:

• Speaking with employers
• Speaking with job seekers
• Advertising roles
• Marketing candidates
• Building pipelines
• Closing placements

Earnings Potential
Starting salary:
$65,000 + bonuses + commission
Realistic earnings:
Year 1: $90K – $120K
Year 2+: $120K – $180K+
High performers earn significantly more.
