PRM Group is assisting our leading client with sourcing an experienced Multi Skilled Operator with Street Sweeper experience to join their team working on the Western Roads Upgrade project. This is an ongoing position that will initially start on a casual basis with the view to permanency.
The role is located in Laverton North and the working hours are 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday with plenty of overtime on offer. Casual rate of $39 p/hr + penalty rates.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Operate Street Sweeper (80% of the work)
- Operate Combination Truck (Cleaning pits, NDD work available)
- Perform general civil maintenance work (e.g., installing street signs, vegetation work)
- Complete Street Sweeping activities as per program and respond immediately to any hazard jobs that may arise.
- Attend pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
- Understand or have experience in traffic management (training available)
- Take direction from foreman
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent sweeping experience (within the last 12 months)
- Medium Rigid (MR) License – Essential
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Licences – Desirable
- Basic understanding of general civil work (e.g., basic pothole repair, repairing road signs)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (desirable)
