Join OSOS Alliance as a Lifeguard – Woomera, SA
OSOS Alliance is on the lookout for skilled and reliable lifeguards to join our client’s team in Woomera. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your lifeguarding expertise in a rewarding role with excellent pay and conditions.
About the Role

• Immediate start available
• 12:9 roster (12 days on, 9 days off)
• Meals and accommodation provided
• Weekly pay
• $44 flat rate + super on all hours
• DIDO role – 4 hours paid travel

Requirements

• Australian Citizen
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Royal Life Saving WA)
• HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
• HLTAID009 – Provide CPR (renewed annually)
• Pool Operator Course – highly regarded
• Working With Children Check & National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to swim 200m in under 6 minutes
• Strong communication and observation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers and ensure safety at all times
• Enforce pool rules while maintaining a positive environment
• Respond effectively to emergencies
• Carry out routine pool checks and maintain water quality
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
