PRM Management Group started with a simple idea: recruitment should be about people, not paperwork. Just over five years on, that idea now spans workforce, remediation and compliance across Australia's most demanding sectors.

How We're Structured
PRM Management Group is a trading name of OSOS Alliance Pty Ltd, and works alongside our sister company Resolve Remediation. For engineering and project-delivery scopes, PRM assembles the team a project actually needs — direct personnel, associated specialist companies, licensed contractors, fabricators, OEMs and suppliers — coordinated under PRM's own project, safety, quality and commercial governance. Our project references are presented transparently, distinguishing PRM's own corporate delivery from the prior experience our people and partners bring with them. Director
As the founder and Director of PRM Management Group, Mark brings a broad background spanning recruitment, construction, law and healthcare. He focuses on building sustainable growth, strengthening client relationships and developing a positive, high-performing team culture. With an emphasis on strategic planning, productivity and practical problem-solving, Mark works to ensure PRM continues to deliver reliable workforce and professional services solutions across its areas of operation.
Compliance & Mobilisation Manager
With a background in training, compliance and organisational support across public and private sector environments, Sonia has developed experience in competency frameworks, HR management systems, training, change management and learning management systems. In her role as Compliance & Mobilisation Manager, she coordinates personnel readiness, compliance requirements and mobilisation processes, helping ensure candidates and projects are organised and prepared for successful deployment.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Hannah began her recruitment career in England, working across naval defence, offshore renewables, construction and design-and-build consultancies. Her experience includes sourcing and screening candidates, working closely with hiring managers and supporting professionals throughout the recruitment process, including international placements. Since relocating to Australia, she has continued developing her recruitment experience across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Hannah values genuine relationships, clear communication and understanding the needs of both clients and candidates to help connect skilled people with the right opportunities.
Payroll & Administration
With more than four years of experience in payroll and administration, Mia supports the financial and administrative operations of PRM Management Group. Her responsibilities span payroll processing, accounts support, record management and the coordination of day-to-day administrative requirements. With a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and timely communication, Mia helps ensure the business operates smoothly and that clients, candidates and the wider team can rely on consistent support.
General Manager (Commercial, Risk & Legal)
Ravi's career spans more than 30 years of commercial, contracts and subcontract management experience across EPC, EPCM and operating organisations. His expertise includes contract governance, claims, variations, dispute resolution and risk management, supported by extensive experience across major energy and infrastructure projects. His achievements include negotiating $29M in variations on the Sawan Gas Field Development and delivering A$390M in savings against a A$1.2B pre-FID estimate for Woodside. As General Manager, Ravi supports PRM's commercial, legal and risk functions, helping guide sound business decisions and responsible growth.
ICT, Project Controls and Supply Chain Manager
Roya works across ICT support, bookkeeping and business administration, helping organisations maintain reliable systems and well-organised operations. Her experience includes Office 365 administration, user and account management, IT troubleshooting, Xero bookkeeping support, invoice processing and management reporting. In her role as ICT, Project Controls and Supply Chain Manager, Roya supports the coordination of technology, project information and supply chain activities, contributing to efficient and structured business operations.
Process Engineering Consultant
Over four decades in process and facilities engineering have given Bappa extensive experience across conventional oil and gas and renewable energy projects, from concept development through to detailed design and commissioning. His project experience includes FEED and process design for Woodside, Vermilion Energy and PTTEP, as well as biogas and biomethane projects for Jemena and First Gas New Zealand. Bappa contributes specialist technical knowledge to support the delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects.
Mechanical Engineering Consultant
Zoran specialises in multidisciplinary mechanical engineering, with more than 20 years of experience across rotating machinery, packaged equipment and piping for major LNG and offshore developments. His project background includes FEED and detailed design for Gorgon LNG, Devil Creek LNG and Al Khafji, alongside platform rejuvenation and condition assessment work for Shell, Woodside and PTTEP. He provides technical expertise across the mechanical engineering lifecycle, supporting safe and effective project delivery.
Engineering & Completions / Electrical & Instrumentation
Dave's experience centres on systems engineering and completions, supporting E&I delivery, verification and technical governance across major LNG projects. His background includes completions coordination for the Darwin LNG Life Extension and Karratha operations, alongside work pack and ITR delivery for the Gorgon and Wheatstone LNG projects. Dave contributes to the structured delivery, verification and completion of complex engineering and infrastructure works.
Asbestos Removal & Fencing Specialist
Shuan specialises in asbestos removal and fencing, with experience as an asbestos removal supervisor and fencing subcontractor. He is licensed for Class B non-friable asbestos removal and has worked across asbestos removal supervision, remote asbestos projects, Colorbond and PVC fencing, and retaining wall construction. At Resolve Remediation, Shuan supports the safe and effective delivery of asbestos removal, remediation and fencing projects, bringing a strong focus on practical site work and compliance.
Remediation & Fencing Operative
Dylan supports Resolve Remediation's field operations, assisting with fencing, rubble removal, remediation works and asbestos-related site activities under appropriate supervision. With a practical, hands-on approach and experience across construction assistance and electrical work, he contributes to the safe, organised and efficient completion of project tasks.
