What We Do

The Full Scope.
One Contractor.

Engineering and design. Marine and structural works. Protective coatings and surface treatment. Specialist remediation and decommissioning. The workforce to deliver all of it. PRM Group and Resolve Remediation — one accountable partner across the scope, not five separate subcontractors.

What We Deliver

Five Capabilities.
One Contractor.

Tender assessors don't want five subcontractors and five sets of paperwork on one job. They want a single business standing behind the whole scope.

01

Engineering & Project Services

Detailed design engineering, commercial audits, variation claims and commissioning management for oil & gas and mining, onshore and offshore. Explore PRM Engineering →

02

Marine & Structural Works

Wharves, jetties and port infrastructure. Structural steel, brownfield and industrial sites. WA-based crews ready to mobilise to the ports that matter.

03

Coatings & Surface Treatment

Hydro blasting, surface preparation and specialist protective coating systems — including EonCoat and Humidur — for corrosion protection in marine and industrial environments.

04

Remediation & Decommissioning

Class B asbestos removal (Licence WR2589). Electrical decommissioning (Licence 14680). Demolition and site remediation, WA-wide.

05

Workforce & Mobilisation

White and blue collar labour hire, project support and rapid mobilisation — backing every scope above with the right people, fast.

Where We're Headed

Built For
WA's Ports & Defence.

Marine and structural work across the ports network — Fremantle, Port Hedland, Dampier, Geraldton, Bunbury, Esperance, Broome and Albany — and defence infrastructure, including ongoing work supporting the Oxley Wharf Extension at HMAS Stirling. Currently under an ongoing jetty and structural remediation contract at Fremantle Ports itself. One contractor for the coatings, the remediation and the crews a ports or defence project needs.

Relevant Experience

Proof, Not
Just Promises.

Fremantle Ports

Ongoing jetty and structural remediation contract — approximately $350,000 per annum across a three-year term. Protective coatings and concrete remediation in a C5 marine environment, on live operating port infrastructure.

Marine Demolition — Current

Concrete removal beneath a propped slab on a live commercial jetty, under restricted access, with the facility remaining fully operational throughout.

Strike Energy — Walyering Gas Facility

Earthing design verification and installation across the Walyering onshore gas facility. Reviewed the existing design against AS/NZS 3000, AS 2067 and IEEE Std 80, ran soil resistivity testing and installed twelve earth electrodes across three compounds — achieving combined grid resistance below 0.5 ohm at the main compound.

Department of Communities

Repainting and building maintenance contract — approximately $420,000, 2024/25 — across multiple work fronts within occupied, operational government facilities.

How We Deliver

Our Crews.
Our Network.

Some of the scope we deliver directly, with our own crews. The rest we engineer, estimate and manage through a supervised supply chain. Either way, it's invoiced through one contractor.

Self-Performed by Our Crews

  • Protective coatings and corrosion control
  • High-pressure water blasting and industrial cleaning
  • Non-friable asbestos and hazardous materials
  • Electrical installation, isolation and decommissioning
  • Control systems, instrumentation and commissioning
  • Structural remediation and concrete repair

Engineered, Estimated & Managed

  • Mechanical plant, pipework and rotating equipment
  • Tank, vessel and bulk handling systems
  • Structural steel, platforms and equipment supports
  • Plumbing, gas fitting and trade waste infrastructure
  • Civil, drainage and site infrastructure
  • Class A asbestos removal

Where a scope needs licensed trades or engineering disciplines beyond our own crews, we engage and manage those resources within our project structure, under our supervision and safety system — invoiced through PRM as a single contractor.
