Scalable Capacity
PRM combines Western Australian project leadership with scalable back-office supply-chain and manufacturing support through an established international consortium partner. For suitable scopes, PRM will coordinate supplier identification, RFQs, technical and commercial bid evaluation, vendor documentation, expediting, inspection and testing, manufacturing support and logistics interfaces. PRM remains the accountable client interface and applies project-specific Australian standards, quality requirements and approval controls before any equipment or material is recommended for use.
