An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced People Systems & Analytics Manager to join a leading national organisation on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for permanency.

You’ll play a key role in managing enterprise HR systems while supporting the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

The Opportunity
As the subject matter expert for People Systems, you’ll lead the optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system performance, data integrity and an exceptional user experience across the business. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and key stakeholders to deliver strategic system enhancements and support major business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
  • Support the rollout of Employee Central as part of a major transformation project.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly SAP releases.
  • Provide senior functional support for complex HRIS and payroll-impacting issues.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, governance and compliance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement and enhanced user experience.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

  • Extensive experience managing SAP SuccessFactors, with Employee Central experience being essential.
  • Proven experience working within a large enterprise HRIS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll impacts and data governance.
  • Experience leading system enhancements, upgrades and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
